NeuroTechs is a company whose services help physicians diagnose and treat patients in the clinic, operating room, and patient’s home. Monumental recently created an application that allows for these services to be managed and executed remotely. The application includes a one-of-a-kind “virtual patient chart” that makes it easier for physicians to diagnose and treat patients from anywhere with an internet connection. The software is built on our Trampoline framework and gives everyone involved in a patient’s care access to relevant chart elements when they need it from anywhere in the world. Healthcare professionals can collaborate online across departments and geography for treatment, which helps reduce errors and inefficiencies by a large margin.

Another unique and critical part of the system is the online application sharing/viewing that allows the physicians to interpret testing results in real time. This allows the doctor to be in many places at once and patients to get unprecedented turn around on testing results. With all the attention these days on driving down healthcare costs, increasing efficiency, and the dwindling numbers of neuro-specialists, this application is on target and timely. By partnering with Monumental, NeuroTechs has made their process more efficient, reducing the hours and materials involved in a typical patient’s care by 35%.
